I'm Ant,

I'm a freediver and speaker with over 20 years of global experience in performance psychology.

Over the last 6 months I've collated all my most impactful tools I've learned to achieve my personal and professional goals while helping others achieve theirs. This challenge distills decades of experience into 5 actionable days designed to rewire your approach to stress and set you up for success.

Day 1 | Defining success in high pressure moments

The best of the best start with success and work backwards. In this one hour session, we'll define and design the version of you that knows how to win the moments that matter. And we'll uncover the obstacles that get in the way.

Day 2 | Finding your default pressure response

Your pressure personality is predictive of your performance. And without knowing what it is you cannot begin to shape success in the moments that matter. So in this session we'll work together to uncover your defaults and program your mind to be ready for anything without reacting, instead choosing your response.

Day 3 | Building your gameday plan

Performance is always a function of preparation. And a big part of that is rehearsal, simulating the 'what if's and programming your response instead of reacting to your emotions. This session will be about setting the stage for success so you know how to switch into that space and bring the highly confident version of yourself that knows what to do and say.

Day 4 | Turning pressure to your advantage

Your body conforms to the story your brain tells it. And if you don't write that story consciously, you'll rewrite the stories that lead to fear and panic. In this session, we'll reframe the way you see pressure, and rewire your brain to win.

Day 5 | Finding your optimal performance zone

Just as the mind affects the body, the body affects the mind. And by knowing the right actions to take, you can regulate your emotions and gain access to higher cognitive states. In this last session I'll show you how to do it on command.
